Lyn Brown oversees all administrative and financial aspects of DMG. She supports the DMG creative team, existing clients and new clients by supervising business processes for Dalton Marketing Group. Lyn’s strong organization skills allow her to efficiently coordinate production schedules for all marketing projects to ensure timely execution of deliverables. Her extensive background in training and facilitation enhances her exemplary communications skills for consistent and quality follow through. She has more than 12 years of experience in leading sales teams to success in the retail and service industries, accounting for up to $23 million in annual sales through development and implementation of effective marketing strategies. Lyn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Auburn University in Montgomery, AL.
